Previous owner removed & rebuilt the 396 375HP L78 engine and TH400 trans.
Engine rebuild includes:
New forged pistons, cylinder torque plate honing, new stainless steel valves and HP valve springs, new cam, solid lifters, and rebalanced crankshaft.
Less than 5K miles on both.
Car has original 12 bolt 4:
10 Posi-rear, & currently rides on period correct Cragar SS wheels.
Car has been well cared for and in overall very good condition with 61,835 original miles.
This rare '69 El Camino was ordered with the F41 option package that includes tinted glass, tilt wheel, and heavy-duty suspension with boxed control arms.
